Our Team

Jeff joined BRIX in April 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Recruiter in the Home Improvement Division. Prior to joining BRIX, Jeff led business development and operations for an e-recycling company specializing in repurposing used and broken technology. In this role, he worked directly with individual consumers, businesses, and schools. His ability to connect with colleagues at all levels in his previous job set him up for success at BRIX, contributing to the organization’s significant growth over his 2+ years here. Jeff grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN, as the oldest of three brothers. He enjoys being a networker and collaborator, often organizing events and outings with family and friends. This passion has carried over to BRIX, where he plans daily and weekly contests for the team. 

When he isn’t “smiling and dialing,” Jeff loves spending time with his wife, Maria, and their son, Liam. They live in the southwest metro area and enjoy exploring parks, trails, and restaurants together. A passionate Minnesota sports fan, Jeff dreams of the day he’ll witness a championship trophy raised here. Known for his resourcefulness, Jeff is always eager to lend a helping hand to anyone he connects with in his personal or professional life.

Briony’s role at BRIX has evolved as the business has continued to grow. She assisted Andy in launching the business in January of 2012, by handling accounting tasks and a variety of other administrative duties. This allowed Andy to keep his focus on our clients and delivering excellent results as well as customer service and satisfaction.

Prior to her work at BRIX, Briony was a full time Mom to their three daughters. She enjoys the beautiful Minnesota summers, travel, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
