I am the Western Territory Manager for our Home Improvement Division at BRIX Recruiting Partners. I get to work on both sides of the business, partnering closely with clients while also reaching out to top talent across the industry every day. A big part of my role is connecting with people who are not actively looking but may be open to the right opportunity if it is presented the right way. I enjoy the relationship-building side of recruiting and the chance to help create great matches for both clients and candidates.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: The best part of my role is creating long-lasting relationships with people in the industry. A candidate may not be ready for a change today, but by building trust now, I can be a resource when the time is right. I also really enjoy working with recruiters on our team, helping them learn the process, grow their confidence, and develop in their roles.

When I’m Not Working: You can usually find me chasing my kids around Menards on Saturday mornings, spending time with my wife watching sports or anime, or going up to the North Shore in the summers.

Education: Associate in Arts degree with an emphasis in Anthropology from North Hennepin Community College

I am a Senior Recruiter within our Building Materials division and lead our Lumber division, bringing 10 years of experience in the lumber industry. I began my career working at a local lumberyard in Minnesota during high school, where I gained experience in both accounting and sales. I have since transitioned into recruiting and have developed a strong passion for the industry. In addition to recruiting, I support the growth and training of our team and currently manage two team members. I also serve as BRIX’s primary contact for the National Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA), following our membership in late 2025.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: My favorite aspect of this role is the opportunity to build and grow in my own way within an industry I am both passionate about and deeply knowledgeable in.

When I’m Not Working: Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy staying active and competitive through card games, golf, pickleball, softball, volleyball, bean bags, as well as spending time fishing and hunting. Personally, I also enjoy slower-paced hobbies like gardening, reading, and crafting or painting.

I serve as the Central Territory Manager for BRIX’s Home Improvement team, focused on placing management-level talent with Home Improvement companies. Before recruiting, I spent time at Amazon supporting both customer service and recruiting operations, including handling escalations that reached Jeff Bezos directly, which sharpened my instincts for clear communication and problem-solving under pressure. I bring a relationship-first approach to every search and am known for the energy and interpersonal depth I bring to connecting with clients and candidates alike.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: Getting to know the people behind the resume and finding the right fit that moves both a candidate’s career and a client’s business forward.

When I’m Not Working: I live in South St. Paul with my wife and four kids. Outside of family life you’ll find me in the garden working on building healthy soil or cheering on the Vikings, Timberwolves, Lynx, and Twins.

Education: Economics degree with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Dakota

I’m an Executive Recruiter at BRIX Recruiting Partners working within the Home Improvement Division. My background spans international organizations, high-growth startups, and regional family-owned businesses — which means I’ve seen what great teams look like across a lot of different contexts. I’m a matchmaker: I understand the human behind the résumé, what they uniquely bring, and what would make them want to stay somewhere long-term — and for clients, I seek to know what’s slowing them down and who would help them get there faster and further than they could alone. When people work with me, I want them to walk away feeling heard, because I’m going to protect their confidence, respect their autonomy, and deliver on what I say I’ll do.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: Introducing a match that works! When the right people and the right opportunity actually find each other and both are better for it.

When I’m Not Working: I have a soft spot for a spontaneous road trip and exploring new cities. When I’m home, it’s new ideas, hobbies, and personal growth, PLUS meeting every need of my cat and dogs.

I am a Senior Recruiter at BRIX, specializing in the roofing division. In my role, I identify top talent within the market and partner closely with clients to successfully fill key positions within their organizations. Building strong relationships and establishing rapport are central to my approach and overall success.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: I enjoy the opportunity to connect with new people and build meaningful, long-term relationships. The most rewarding aspect of my role is following up with both clients and candidates after a placement and hearing firsthand how successful and fulfilling the match has been for both sides. 

When I’m Not Working: Outside of work, I enjoy taking on home improvement projects, spending time gardening, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring local dives for a drink.

Education: Minnesota State University – Mankato

As a Recruiter with BRIX, I specialize in assisting our window and door industry partners with finding them key hires. This includes all functions and markets across the United States. Since joining BRIX, my network has grown exponentially and allowed me to be the go-to recruiter in my niche.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: My favorite part of my role is seeing the ROI of a candidate I’ve placed go far beyond our fee.

When I’m Not Working: Outside of work, you will spot me at a Timberwolves game, traveling, or cooking with friends and family.

Education: I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in HR Management from the University of Minnesota

I take a relationship-driven approach, focusing on truly understanding both my clients’ needs and my candidates’ career goals to create the right long-term fit. With a background in sales supporting contractors and homeowners, I bring a strong understanding of the industry and a consultative mindset to every search. I am known for my responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality experience on both sides of the process.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: Helping candidates land opportunities that are a true step forward in their careers while partnering with clients to find the right long-term fit. 

When I’m Not Working: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on Lake Minnetonka, being with family, and staying active with my pup. I’m also looking forward to welcoming a baby boy into the world this May.

I’m a Recruiter at BRIX focused on the Home Improvement space, helping connect great candidates with the right companies so everyone wins. I’m super organized and love keeping things on track—big on notes, task lists, and routines to stay on top of everything and keep things moving smoothly.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: Helping a candidate land a role they’re genuinely excited about with a client who’s just as excited to have them join.

When I’m Not Working: Typically spending time with friends and family, impulsively browsing (and booking) flights, getting into a good historical fiction book, or walking around local lakes.

Education: I have a Communications degree with an emphasis on Organizational & Professional Communication from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse

I’m a Recruiter at BRIX Recruiting Partners, where I’m building out our Flooring vertical within the broader building materials space. I focus on connecting top talent across sales, operations, and manufacturing roles, taking a relationship driven and personable approach throughout the process. I started my recruiting career supporting skilled trades in production driven environments, which gave me a strong understanding of how businesses operate day to day. That background shapes how I evaluate talent today, with an emphasis on accountability, execution, and long-term fit.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: Helping people, whether it’s supporting clients, candidates, or my team in reaching their goals.

When She’s I’m Working: I enjoy spending time outdoors – hiking, camping, and getting out for walks with my dog. Lately, I’ve also been learning how to golf.

When I’m Not Working: You can find me rooting on our local sports teams, and I also enjoy being active playing rec softball, going on walks with my wife and dog, and getting out on the golf course as much as possible.

When I’m Not Working: You can find me coaching dance team for my local high school and dance studio.

Education: I have a degree in Global Business from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University

I specialize in recruiting within the national building materials industry, partnering with clients to identify and place top talent across sales and operations roles. With a background in sales and customer service, I bring a relationship-driven approach to recruiting; focused on understanding each candidate’s motivations, experience, and long-term goals. My priority is creating a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: I enjoy building meaningful relationships and helping individuals find opportunities that align with their career goals while delivering strong outcomes for my clients.

When I’m Not Working: Outside of work, I spend time with my partner and dog, stay active in the gym, and connect with friends. When the weather allows, I enjoy playing softball and participating in other outdoor activities.

Education: Degree in Marketing Communications with an emphasis in Sales

I’m a Senior Recruiter at BRIX Recruiting Partners, where I focus on supporting the growth of the Roofing Division across the Southeast. I began my recruiting career during COVID, partnering with pharmaceutical organizations to help them scale during a critical time. Following that experience, I transitioned into construction recruiting, where I developed a strong foundation across the industry before joining BRIX to specialize fully in roofing. My approach is centered around proactive headhunting and business development, working closely with company owners and leadership teams to identify and attract high-impact talent. I take pride in understanding both the operational and growth challenges within the roofing space, allowing me to serve as a strategic partner rather than just a recruiter.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: Acting as a growth partner to business owners and helping build the teams that take their companies to the next level.

When I’m Not Working: Outside of work, I prioritize staying active and competitive. I spend a few hours each week on the golf course and enjoy training in the gym most evenings. In my downtime, I play online chess tournaments. I enjoy the strategic depth of the game and the constant opportunity to improve through analysis and pattern recognition.

Briony’s role at BRIX has evolved as the business has continued to grow. She assisted Andy in launching the business in January of 2012, by handling accounting tasks and a variety of other administrative duties. This allowed Andy to keep his focus on our clients and delivering excellent results as well as customer service and satisfaction.

Prior to her work at BRIX, Briony was a full time Mom to their three daughters. She enjoys the beautiful Minnesota summers, travel, photography, and spending time with family and friends.

As the Recruiting Coordinator, I support each BRIX sector with marketing, admin, and ATS operations, driving consistency across the hiring process. Growing up in a large family shaped my ability to navigate different personalities, allowing me to support multiple teams and manage shifting priorities with ease.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: The opportunity to work closely with each team, see the full hiring process play out, and celebrate their wins along the way.

When I’m Not Working: I enjoy road-tripping to new places and planning trips around sporting events with my fiancé. I also love true crime and spending quality time with family and friends, whether at a game, the beach, or relaxing at home.

Education: I graduated from Troy University where I studied Psychology and Criminal Justice.
