Adam Vortherms joined the BRIX team in April, 2015. Since joining the BRIX team, he has been a consistent top producer and was promoted in January 2019 to Managing Partner. Adam specializes in the Home Improvement and Building Materials industries focusing on sales and management roles.

His leadership abilities allow him to create new relationships as well as maintain existing clients within his portfolio(s) plus utilizing his abilities in sales to attract new applicants for his clients on a local and national level. Client satisfaction is his ultimate goal. He will go beyond expectations to meet the client’s requirements by understanding and studying their organizational needs before beginning each search. The challenge of locating the elite candidates through research and referrals helps him find the long tenure and experienced candidates that his clients desire. He takes a genuine interest with all of his clients and candidates to ensure client satisfaction. Honesty and determination are two words that describe the style of professional recruiting he will provide to each of his clients.

Adam graduated from Minnesota State, Mankato with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with Minors in Business Law and Business Administration. He also attended the Dale Carnegie Sales Training to strengthen his interpersonal relationships, improve his problem-solving skills, enhance his communication abilities, all of which allowed him to become a focused leader. Born and raised in Eden Prairie, MN he spends his free time playing golf, fishing (both open and hard water) and spending the summer weekends up north at his family’s cabin.
