As Managing Partner at BRIX Recruiting, I lead our Building Materials division, partnering with manufacturers, distributors, and dealers across North America to identify and secure high-impact sales and leadership talent. I take a hands-on, high-touch approach to recruiting, spending a lot of time in the market building real relationships with candidates and understanding what truly drives them. That allows me to bring clients talent they wouldn’t typically have access to, while moving quickly without sacrificing quality. Over time, I’ve built a reputation for knowing the industry well and consistently delivering results.

When I’m Not Working: I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, whether that’s at the cabin, on the golf course, fishing (including ice fishing), or doing anything outdoors.
