I’m the Senior Managing Partner at BRIX Recruiting Partners, where I oversee our Roofing and Home Improvement Divisions. With over seven years of experience recruiting within the industry, I’ve been recognized for my knowledge of the space and asked to speak at events such as the International Roofing Expo and other leading industry conferences on strategies to strengthen recruiting and retention efforts. My focus is on creating exceptional experiences for our clients, candidates, and internal team while helping drive growth across the organization. I take a relationship-driven approach and stay closely connected to the industries we serve.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: Building long-term partnerships with clients and uncovering the talent that helps their organizations grow.

When I’m Not Working: You can usually find me coaching my sons in just about every sport imaginable. I enjoy being on the field and staying involved in their activities year-round.

Education: I have a degree in Marketing, like about half of the world, but it ties directly into how I approach recruiting. I’m always looking for new ways to reach the right candidates and better position our clients’ opportunities in the market.
