Andrew Henke

Managing Partner

Andrew Henke joined the BRIX team in April of 2019. Currently, Andrew leads a team of Recruiters who support BRIX’s home improvement industry clientele. Prior to joining the BRIX team, Andrew spent 15 years working in Retail Management within Fortune 100 companies. During his time in retail, Andrew prided himself on developing long-term customer relationships and mentoring team members through their career paths. His experience in Retail has allowed Andrew to master customer service and listening skills, which transfer well to Recruiting, in terms of being able to identify and match the needs of both client and candidate.

Andrew graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing. Andrew and his wife recently welcomed their first child into their family. Outside of work Andrew enjoys spending his time with family, on the golf course, at his family’s cabin during the summer months, and doing anything that involves fitness, including spending time in his home gym.
