I am the Managing Partner of the Home Improvement Division at BRIX Recruiting Partners, where I lead a team of recruiters who are focused on connecting top talent with leading companies in the industry nationwide. Prior to joining BRIX, I began my recruiting career in the accounting and finance space. As a former collegiate soccer player, I’ve developed a competitive mindset and strong communication skills that have directly contributed to my success in recruiting. Since joining BRIX, I’ve been honored with national recognition, including Top Recruiter and Team Leader of the Year awards. I’m passionate about the home improvement industry and the relationships I’ve built within it, and I feel fortunate to have a career centered around creating meaningful connections that drive growth for businesses and life-changing opportunities for candidates.

Favorite Aspect of My Role: Following up with clients and candidates months after a placement and hearing how the decision positively impacted their careers, businesses, and families. Knowing the work we do creates lasting, meaningful change is the most rewarding part of what I do.

When I’m Not Working: You can find me spending time with my fiancé and our Bernedoodle, Millie—usually enjoying time with family & friends either out on the lake, at a sporting event, or out on the patio of a local brewery or restaurant.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, with a major in Business Management & Administration and a minor in Human Resources
