Courtney Keene joined the BRIX team in October 2012. She recruits high-level sales and management talent across the US and Canada. Courtney is a transplant from Atlanta, GA to Excelsior, MN. Originally from Alabama, she moved to Atlanta upon graduating from Auburn University in 2008. Before starting with BRIX she had three years of B2B outside sales experience that gave Courtney an ideal foundation to transition into sales recruiting.

Two words that best describe Courtney’s professional recruiting style would be; straightforward and honest. She enjoys the challenge of finding top-notch, passive candidates through cold calling and warm referrals. This approach is most effective in finding highly qualified, long-term hires. She combines her knowledge and experience in sales with a strong passion and sense of urgency for her clients. Her desire to match the right person to the culture, core values, and beliefs of her clients has enabled her to maintain an extremely high level of client satisfaction. Her ability to effectively listen helps her in exceeding her client’s and candidates’ expectations.

Courtney was born on the Gulf Coast of Mobile, AL, and split time between there and Boca Raton, FL growing up. She graduated from Auburn with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Minor in Human Development & Family Studies. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys traveling home to the AL & FL beaches, practicing yoga, and raising her three kids with her high school sweetheart. War Eagle!
