Who You’re Working With

This position is with a rapidly growing & leading home remodeling company. Since 1976, They have had a strong focus on providing residential re-roofing & related products/services directly to the home & homeowner. They also offer windows, siding, & door installations & by the end of 2022, they will have 60 locations!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for overseeing the organizations strategy to maximize overall growth/success of the installation division
  • Coordinate & negotiate with established & new suppliers to create a new base for the planned products of 2022
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule & assist with any conflict that may arise
  • Ensure projects are equipped with proper supplies, permits, & are following any state/local regulations
  • Oversee scheduling of installations/services & maintain communication with other departments as needed
  • Develop & implement performance objectives
  • Assist with training & development of all site personnel
  • Coordinate with executives to oversee office expansion
  • Create & implement improved training procedures as needed to complement the changing industry
  • communicate with vendors, & ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire installation process
  • Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands
  • Maintain current product knowledge and industry trends

 

What You Have

  • Prior experience within the home improvement industry
  • Multi-site leadership, 10+ locations at a minimum
  • 10+ years of vendor, service, or leadership management experience
  • Experience establishing & monitoring KPIs
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, & training
  • Strong leadership, management, problem-solving, & relationship skills
  • Results orientated
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • A track record of developing & leading strong/successful teams
  • Operations & installation senior leadership background
