We are actively recruiting a skilled Service Manager to join a well-known & growing home improvement business. This position would primarily work in the field & warehouse & be tasked with managing the overall success of their branch!

What You’ll Get to Do

• Provide direct supervision of all field service technicians & customer services reps
• Create & provide processes for preventing & completing service orders
• Responsible for ride along with the staff
• Coordinate & provide effective processes that ensure all services are completed
• Responsible for service department performance
• Ensure strong customer service experience throughout the entire installation process & provide solutions for any conflict/issue that may arise
• Ensure all technicians have the proper equipment & resources needed to perform their jobs
• Coordinate & work with various other departments such as Sales, Finance, & more to ensure projects remain on budget & on schedule

You’re a Great Fit If You Have…

• Strong home improvement Industry experience or equivalent experience
• Experience managing a team
• Construction experience is preferred but not required
• Strong leadership & organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively & resolve conflicts that may arise
• Windows experience would be ideal but it is not required
• Ability to manage & perform successfully in a fast-paced work environment
• Background of developing teams
• Local to the San Antonio area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong mathematical skills
