Initial training will be in-office & after that, an individual will have hybrid flexibility. This will NOT be a fully-remote position.

What You’ll Be Doing…

BRIX Recruiting is currently seeking an (inside-sales) Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team

• Candidate sourcing/mining through databases, social media, & phone calls
• Interview candidates for Management and Executive Positions
• Document candidate and client conversations within our ATS/CRM system
• Match new talented candidates with prospective clients
• Schedule & prep candidates for interviews
• Additional duties & expectations will be assigned as business needs change
