We’re recruiting for a skilled Installation Manager to grow out an established company’s new bath division. This individual will be a key player in the company’s success & will be compensated accordingly!

They are looking for an Installation Manager to join the team & build out the Installation organization for their new bath division. Working with this roofing company is like joining the family. What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit, hire, & train the new bath divisions Installation team of W2 installers
  • This individual will be tasked with building out the team but will be assisted by the company’s internal recruiter
• Responsible for ordering materials
• Responsible for customer service – updates, scheduling services/installs, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring a smooth installation process & handling any problems that arise
• Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands
• Maintain current product knowledge and industry trends

What You have

• Understanding of the Home improvement industry or relevant experience
• One day bath installation experience
• A proven track record of recruiting, training, & building out successful teams
• Management experience
• Strong customer services skills
• Strong leadership, management, problem-solving, & relationship skills
