We’re recruiting for a strong sales leader to help build an exterior sales team for one of the largest remodelers who is building an exterior division! This position is a new role due to company growth!

Who You’re Working With

This position is with an established home improvement company that offers bathroom & kitchen remodeling services and are a proud Kohler Bath products distributor. They were awarded the title of “company of Choice” and are currently seeing some exciting growth as they add on an exterior division. The exterior division will offer window, door, siding, and roofing replacement services.

• $250K+ total compensation (depending upon experience and performance)

What You’ll Be Doing

• The Sales Manager will play a very important part in starting the exterior division for the organization
• They will be being a sales team from scratch and will lead the recruiting, hiring, and training efforts with the help of the General Manager
• Lead weekly sales meetings & classroom training
• Responsible for daily check-ins with the sales team
• Responsible for ride along & continuous training with sales staff
• Responsible for leading & motivating team members & working closely with the executive leadership from other divisions

You’re A Great Fit If You Have…

• Experience managing an in-home sales team
• Once call close experience, preferably with exterior products
• Experience building an in-home sales team
• Experience training & leading a successful in-home sales team
• Personal character exemplifying these traits: honorable, humble, & hungry
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
